Synopsis
This book is a quest. Through his words, Fabien tries to understand. Is his disability the result of emotions he has not been able to manage? Why did he accept the wheelchair fifteen years ago when he could still walk? Were his parents too loving or too ambitious? Have they set the bar too high by constantly demanding new performance? He remembers the little boy he was, inhabited by an irrational fear and the dread of failure. The outside world frightened him. Always scares him. But today, he is turning a page. He decided to walk again. Traditional medicine has found nothing to cure him, but he hopes that the meditation and self-hypnosis he practices every day will restore his legs. In this expectation, he invites the reader to the laughter yoga session that he hosts every week on the Internet.
