Renaissens publishes only original works written in French (we do not accept any translations).However we hope, in the near future, to sign rights transfer contracts with foreign publishers in order to see our authors translated into several languages.

Conditions
- Your profile: all disabled people (blind, partially sighted, deaf, hard of hearing, people with reduced mobility, other invisible disabilities, etc.)
- Your manuscript must contain at least 70,000 characters including spaces (minimum 70,000 characters)
- Your manuscript is less than 70,000 characters long but you would like it to be included in a collective work
- You are unable to write, but you have an idea that is close to your heart and you would like the assistance of one of our collaborators
- Your documents are written in Word format
Study of your project
We study your writings with the utmost care.
- If your manuscript meets our editorial criteria, we can offer you a publisher's contract including
- work on the text
- correction (possibly rewording certain passages)
- page layout
- the creation of a cover
- referencing your book in bookshops (Fnac, Cultura, local bookshops, etc.) and on the Internet
- legal deposit
- a digital version available for sale and download
- royalties amounting to 10% of the selling price of the "paperback" and "digital book" versions
- promotion
- If we are interested in your manuscript but it is not yet ready for publication, we will suggest the necessary changes.
- For short stories, tales or personal accounts that could be included in a collective work, we will tell you how to take part.
Editorial policy
RENAISSENS is a member of the Syndicat national de l'édition (SNE), which guarantees the quality of its publications.
Editions Renaissens (an association under the law of 1901) publishes French-language texts by authors with disabilities: deaf, hard of hearing, blind, partially sighted, people with reduced mobility, etc.
Referenced in bookshops (Fnac, Cultura, local bookshops, etc.) and on digital book platforms, the author is promoted in the media and on social networks.
In return for transferring the exploitation rights to his work, the publisher pays him a 10% royalty calculated on the public sale price, in accordance with the Intellectual and Artistic Property Code.
All drafts and manuscripts are carefully studied.
